Two-way thyristor on/off switch circuit
The bidirectional thyristor on/off switch is made. The circuit works as follows: The signal of the IC is added to BG1. When A is high, after BG1 is turned on, PUT oscillates at a frequency of about 10KHZ, so BG1 is also repeatedly turned on and off. When BG2 is turned off, C2 is charged by R5 and R9. When VG2 is turned on, C2 discharge current passes through the control pole of SCR, according to N, M mode (M mode: T2 positive, T1 negative, G is negative with respect to T1; M mode : T2 negative, T1, positive, G is positive with respect to T1) Trigger the two-way thyristor.
